Heston Apex Ltd endeavours to treat every contract as a “turnkey project”.

The term “turnkey project” refers to the provision of a complete package inclusive of design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance. We are only too pleased to provide this service directly to the end user, specifier or contractor as part of an overall programme of works.

Even when a project requires that some part of the overall system is supplied and installed by others, such as when system cabling is installed by an electrical contractor, we are still prepared to provide a full project management service and take full responsibility for the finished system.

New Build Projects

With modern, increasingly complex construction projects, fast programmes and limited budgets, precise project control is essential. Heston Apex Ltd will work within the confines of your project schedule, adhere to agreed budgets and liaise closely with other trades to assist the smooth running of the overall project.

Refurbishment Projects

Heston Apex Ltd has built up a sound reputation for our ability to undertake retrofit projects under the most exacting circumstances. In occupied and operational premises different priorities apply to both the installation of new systems and existing system upgrades and/or maintenance.

Consideration for the normal working routine of the premises is essential as is the need to protect the fabric and décor of the building. Under these circumstances the aesthetics, as well as the operation, of a system assume a greater importance. Equally important is the need to ensure continuation of fire and / or security cover during the refurbishment project.

Maintenance and After Sales Service

Heston Apex Ltd offers fully comprehensive and / or scheduled maintenance agreements on all installations undertaken by us whether commercial or domestic.

In addition to our design, installation and maintenance services, Heston Apex Ltd operate a 24 hour, 365 day a year, call out service to our clients which is prioritised, via remote diagnostic and monitoring facilities, to ensure that our engineers can attend emergency situations on site within four hours of notification.

This expert service is available not only on systems supplied and installed by Heston Apex Ltd, but also, with equal expertise, on similar systems of any manufacture.
