"Excellent guys, Tony and Paul, the two engineers were on site at 07:30 and did not knock until after 08:00. They explained the details of the work, discussed about wiring and CCTV camera position. Communicated with us about the progress during the day. These guys are very highly skilled, customer centered, was very explicit that customer satisfaction with the work is of paramount importance than how long it takes to finish the job. All the work area was all tidied up and made sure that remote access via the iPhone/iPad app was working through their network engineer Nisi, through remote desktop." |
